If you need help finding a lawyer or just want some forms, investigate the following resources: The Nebraska State Bar Association has free legal brochures, links to low income legal services, information on speakers bureau. You can also search for a lawyer by name, address, or phone. Legal Services for low income Nebraskans can possibly be obtained through the following organizations:
Forms to assist you in representing yourself are available through law libraries at Creighton University and University of Nebraska at Lincoln. You can also obtain forms at the law library in the Douglas County Courthouse. The law library is located on the first floor of the courthouse near the elevators. Online forms are available on the Nebraska Judicial website. |
